On August 22, China Logistics Assets announced the signing of a cooperative framework agreement with TSENG Investment Management Company to establish a joint venture plan with a total investment of US$300 million to operate China's logistics warehousing projects, and granted TSENG the preemptive right to purchase a number of existing logistics assets and development projects.

Under the agreement, China Logistics Assets will invest $90 million and be hired to provide project and property management services to all of the Fund's logistics assets. This is a milestone for the Group to diversify its revenues, further position itself as a leading supplier of logistics facilities, and move towards a light asset model.
