马士基集团二季营收95亿美元,海运板块EBITDA 6.74亿美元
Maersk Group's two quarter revenue of $9 billion 500 million, shipping plate EBITDA $674 million
 
8月17日,马士基集团公布2018年第二季度业绩报告。报告显示,2018年第二季度马士基集团实现营业收入95亿美元,同比增长24%;若剔除汉堡南美对集团的贡献,营业收入实际增长为5.7%;除海运业务外,营业收入增长为12%;但受低运价、高燃费及汇率不稳定的影响,息税折旧摊销前利润为8.83亿美元,较上年同期下跌18%。
In August 17th, Maersk Group announced its second quarter performance report for 2018. According to the report, Maersk Group achieved revenue of $9.5 billion in the second quarter of 2018, an increase of 24% over the same period last year; excluding South America's contribution to the group in Hamburg, the real growth of revenue was 5.7%; except for maritime business, the growth of revenue was 12%; but affected by low freight, high fuel charges and exchange rate instability, interest, tax and depreciation amortization The former profit was $883 million, down 18% from the same period last year.

Pre-tax profit was $46 million, compared with $277 million a year ago, as a result of impairment of assets ($141 million) and restructuring costs ($18 million) related to the closure of Maersk's container industry (Chile); however, the group achieved an overall profit of $26 million, compared with a loss of $264 million a year earlier; it belonged to Mu. A.P.Mller-Mrsk A/S shares were $18 million, compared with a loss of $269 million in the same period of the previous period; underlying profit was $88 million, compared with $205 million in the same period of 2017.

At the same time, under the strategic guidance of Maersk Group's transport, logistics and port-related business integration, the integration has so far brought about $200 million in synergy value to the group; and the integration of Hamburg South America, through procurement, network optimization and cooperation with Maersk Wharf, has made this part of the integration into Maersk in the first half of 2018. Baseband brings us $140 million synergy value. Maersk had previously announced that the synergy value of the first part of the consolidation was expected to be $600 million, and that of the second part of the consolidation of Hamburg and South America would be at least $350 million to $400 million, so the remaining synergy value of the two consolidations was expected to be realized in 2019.

In terms of specific sectors, the revenue of seaborne sector increased by 25% to 7 billion US dollars, and the volume of containers increased by 26% to 3399k FFE. The average freight rate decreased by 1.2% to 1840 US dollars /FFE, while the average fuel price increased by 28%. The main reason for the drop in the cost of single container is the lower cost of shipping network, including changing the route network and increasing the loading capacity. Profits before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization were $674 million, down 23.06% from $876 million in the same period last year, and EBITDA margins were 9.7%, down 6.1 percentage points from the same period last year.

 
受益于供应链管理、内陆服务收入增加以及外汇汇率的积极影响,二季度,马士基集团物流与服务板块实现营业收入15亿美元,同比正向增长6.7%;息税折旧摊销前利润同比下滑38%至2,800万美元。马士基解释,这主要是受高涨的IT成本(如数字化解决方案的投资)和内陆服务利润下降的影响。
Benefiting from the positive impact of supply chain management, increased revenue from inland services and foreign exchange rates, Maersk Logistics and Services achieved operating income of $1.5 billion in the second quarter, up 6.7% year-on-year, and pre-amortization profit fell 38% to $28 million. Maersk explains that this is mainly affected by rising IT costs (such as investment in digital solutions) and declining profits from inland services.
